I have lost count of my days.

I know, it's been awhile! Today I need to catch you all up on stuff. I have been living a phase 4 lifestyle and am still within 2 pounds of my LIW. I have been eating anything I want whenever I want. I notice I eat a lot less in quantity and have learned to stop when I am full even if I haven't finished what is on my plate. I am in a size 8 levi's jean but it is too big and this morning I weighed under 137.

None of you other than my sister knew this, but I am going through a divorce and it will be final soon. I have also been busy with my kids lately and have neglected to keep up this blog. I apologize for this, but that is how life is. Becoming single again was a decision long (2 years of trying to make a bad thing work) in the making but for me it is better than what my alternative was. Becoming single again and looking attractive does help the ego and confidence though.

Another thing I have done is gotten back in the saddle. I stated in my profile that I had been in a motorcycle accident in 2001. I am now riding again and it feels great! I have logged some hours on a HD dyna low rider with and without a passenger and it has been wonderful! I just bought a little 200cc enduro that I ride to work just for the fun of it.

So, I guess what I am trying to say is even though I haven't blogged recently, I have been following through with the protocol and I am very pleased with the results I have gotten. Next weekend is a bridal shower and so I am planning on starting my 3rd round for my final 10 pounds (or less) after that. My brother's wedding is in mid-October and I plan to be at my final weight for it.

Thank you to all who read this and to those who support me and others doing this challenge. In my humble opinion, this protocol is a good alternative to all of those diet fads and wonder drugs pushed on TV infomercials and in magazines. I would recommend this to anyone trying to find a permanent solution for weight loss.
