Inches lost so far............ 23.7"

OK, all I can say is WOW! I have been frustrated with the pounds thing. Because there has not much change in weight this round I neglected to take measurements because I thought my the numbers went up. I was wrong! Today my weight is up to 136.1. Yes, I cheated last night. I had steak on the grill, a scoop of mashed potatoes with butter, salad with ranch, grilled zuchini, and a scoop of ice cream on a sugar cone. I am bad! Today I took what ends up being my last injection for this round so I need to stick to my 500 today and for the next few days for sure! I was thinking about quitting the HCG after this round, but now that I took my measurements have I changed my mind. I only have 10 pounds to go. My measurements continue to decrease and I have been told I look fantastic. I think that if I quit now I won't forgive myself for not just going the full course to get to my goal. So here is my plan. I will do 3 days (including today) of 500 cals. On Tuesday I will start phase 3 and when I get through that do my last round for the last 10 or fewer pounds.

thats an impressive weight loss but dont you think that if you only ate 500 calories a day you would lose that weight anyway without the hcg, thats why im not sure if i should go on this diet im still deciding buy reading these blogs and im pretty impressed with the results so far.

Great job Tracey! Isn't it funny that the nay sayers stay ANONYMOUS! Cowards. Anyway - if they did their research they would realize that the hcg staves off intense hunger that a 500 cal diet would cause and releases stubborn fat from the hardest to lose places to be used as energy your body needs. Also - it keeps us from feeling lethargic, our skin from sagging and looking old and keeps us losing FAT while we retain our muscles. Speaking of muscles, I think that's what some of these people have for brains.

Yes, you would lose the weight. But you would be hungry all the time. You would be crabby and you would lose muscle along with structural fat, which is important in cushioning your organs and keeping a good physical shape. You would look like you were starving. I am not hungry on HCG and I have lost fat that isn't needed for good physical support of organs and tissues. Just the ugly fat. I look better now at 131 than I ever did before even when I weighed less. People think I work out because I have muscle tone. If I hadn't been using HCG I would have lost muscle tone and would look more skeletal. I know because I use to look skeletal in years past and I was eating more than 500 cal/day.

The numbers are inches measured. The colors are from different dates. The first measurements are in purple and each subsequent measurement I changed the color. All orange measurements are from the same day, etc. If you read back in my blog you can see the dates and progress noted.
