I finally got that cheat issue under control and am down to 135.0 this morning. I had a great holiday and managed to lose weight each day. I have 10 pounds to go (maximum) and I am feeling much better. I am hopeful that I won't stall out until I get to my goal.
One of my acquaintances here told me I don't need to lose any more weight, but I still want to at least pull down to 130, which is only 5 more. I think I am looking pretty good though!

wow thats amazing, 135 is a really good weight to be at, you could easily stop now but yea that extra 5 will make you feel alot better.
Are you still supposed to keep with the hcg once the diet is over or how does that work, do you just keep on without the hcg cause what if you gain the weight back after the hcg diet ends?

Once you finish the phase 2 part of the protocol you stop using HCG and go into Phase 3, which is eating more calories but not adding in all of the carbs etc. After awhile on phase 3 you proceed to phase 4 where you can add things back into your diet a little at a time. If something causes you to gain weight you know it is a problem and just keep that out of your regular diet or keep it to a minimum. The whole concept of HCG dieting is to RESET the HYPOTHALAMUS, which is the gland that regulates many functions, including metabolism homeostasis. You should definitely read Dr. Simeon's Pounds and Inches if you are considering losing weight this way. It will answer a lot of questions for you. I will be sending new pictures in soon.
