My Goal
Well, I here it is, February 23rd, and I have good news to report. All of this time I have not been dieting. I have been eating what I want. My weight has stayed within the range of 124 - 129. My original goal was to reach 128 but I was kind of hoping for 125. Most days when I weigh myself in the morning I am somewhere between 126 - 127. My weight has been stable this whole time.
I am so pleased! I look and feel younger. People who haven't seen me since I was heavy are amazed and some don't even recognize me right away. The biggest change in my eating habits has been that I don't eat when I am not hungry. This means that when I am full (not stuffed) I push my plate away. I pack up leftovers and get another meal or two out of what I use to eat in one sitting. I don't usually eat past 7 pm. My cravings for sweets is gone. Occasionally I will have a few peanut M&M's or something, but to sit and eat a bunch of donuts doesn't happen. If there are donuts around I might have 1/2 of one.
I feel amazing! This form of dieting changed my eating habits completely and I don't miss a thing!
