waiting for the shipment

Today I got a tracking number in my email regarding the HCG shipment. It looks like they are sending 3 vials of 5000iu.

I am still doing my Candigone and eating like I usually do with the exception of not desiring the breads and sweats I use to crave. I think just reducing those carbs is the reason behind the weight loss so far. Wow, if I would have known about that before I would have used it a long time ago!

Candida Cleanse

I have been on the Candigone candida cleanse for a total of 8 days and I am so glad I followed the advice of the people in the yahoo groups! I am totally a donut, cake, cookie, pie kind of girl. I am not a huge fan of candy, I can leave it. But I could sit and eat a whole box of donuts, cookies or a large portion of a cake and crave more! Today at work there was a birthday and two cakes were brought in. I didn't crave it or want it so much. I ate a small (3 bite) piece and was done! That is a miracle for me. When I took mental inventory of what I have been eating the past several days I noticed that my bread, potato and pastry intake was very minimal without a conscious attempt. I have been weighing myself most mornings and am coming in at about 157.3 pretty consistently. That's a loss of a few pounds just from cutting out the carbs. I am expecting TOM early in April and usually only lasts 2-3 days. Hopefully my supplies will be here in time to start the day after it ends.

So, I am NOT 36-26-36

Not only am I not 36-26-36, I am also not 100 pounds. I am actually 160.1 pounds at this very moment. I also took my measurements. YUCK!
Chest - 41
Waist - 34
Tummy - 36
Hips - 41.75
L Thigh - 23.25
R Thigh - 23.5
L Arm - 12
R Arm - 12

I don't like any of those numbers. I think (hope) I measured wrong.

Yesterday I started the "Women's Cleanse" and "Candida Cleanse" I got at the store down the road. Maybe they will help my weight and measures go down before I even start the HCG! Ok, probably not.

Thank you drugdelivery.ca and CC!

Hello again! Today I decided for sure to do the challenge by injecting the hCG IM and dd.ca put my order through for supplies. I am getting more excited each day! I have been using Bowtrol for about a month now. It is a colon and parasite cleanser that has really helped me to feel better. It has natural ingredients and doesn't make me feel gassy or give me abdominal pains like stool softeners and the such generally do. I take 3 capsules at bedtime each day. I will be heading to the local organic and nutrition store tonight after "Survivor" is over to find a good Candida Cleanse to finish my prep. I think that is all I will be doing in prep as far as cleansing. I am hoping to find some nice organic beef tonight also so I can weigh it out in prep for the "Phase 2" part of this.

Last night I read through the "Guide to Implementing the Weight Loss Cure". I had already read "Pounds and Inches Away" twice. Every time I read something in the hcg dieters groups or in these files I learn something new. I want to thank CC for donating her e-book for our use during this challenge. It is a wealth of information that is going to be vital to our individual successes. The recipes will help us to make our diets a little more interesting. I enjoy checking in on the hcg yahoo groups and reading the questions and all of the people who are there to help with answers from personal experiences be they success stories or failure stories, they are all helpful.

I think tomorrow nights project will be to measure myself. I am definitely not looking forward to this part. I would like to say that I am 100 pounds, 36, 26, 36. If that were the case, I wouldn't need this would I? It will be nice to have this record so that I can see where I started and how far I go during this adventure.

Have you read the other bloggers who are part of this challenge? There are some other stories to read and I'm starting to read them. Check them out! We are a team, even if we are separated by many miles. GO TEAM!

Preparing for the Challenge

Hi Everybody! Isn't this exciting? I am looking forward to losing all of the extra pounds on me I really have no need for. At this point, as I wait for supplies to arrive, I am preparing my mind to do what will benefit my body most. As I was growing up, I was told to finish what was on my plate. Obviously I learned that lesson well and as a result there will be some necessary self brain-washing involved. Nobody is going to starve if I neglect to eat those last few chunks of bread or scoop of mashed potatoes! (Repeat 3 x) I have some extra incentive to do this and do it well. My first incentive is my twin sister who has had great success on this diet and is, for the first time in recent memory, smaller than myself. The other is my brother is getting married and I don't want to look like the heavier, much older sister. Last Saturday I went shopping and bought a bunch of organic chicken, wild caught sole and halibut and some shrimp. I spent my Saturday night weighing out each portion and it was fun! I am so up to the challenge!
