Inches lost so far............ 23.45"

This morning my weight was 134.4, which is up 0.2 from my LIW. Not bad! I will be taking some update pictures today and sending them in to the challenge managers so they can post them. You will see quite a difference, I guarantee it.

My Mom and my little sister arrived in town yesterday just for the weekend. The first words out of their mouths was how great I look and wondered how I was feeling. I didn't go into a lot of detail regarding this protocol. I think they may have objections with the HCG part and injecting so I just don't want to go there right now. Maybe some day after I have reached and maintained my goal for a long term. Then I will be living proof that it is not another fad diet that is out there and they may be more objective to what this plan has to offer.

I just wanted to thank you for your blog. I have started HCG through a DR because I could figure out How to mix the Stupid stuff myself. Hopefully I will figure it out so I won't get ripped off a second time.

I am just finishing my LOAD days. I wanted to thank you for blogging each of your beginning days to let me see what is ahead of me. So I don't feel so in the dark. I hope that I have as much sucess as you have.

I wish you the best on this journey you have embarked on. I am so thankful for all of the life lessons I have taken from this plan. The hardest thing for me was to unlearn the lessons we had been taught as kids like "finish your food" and the need to belong to "the clean plate club" and just taking one more bite of food because it was in front of me. Self control is a hard lesson to learn, but it was much easier with the strict protocol and it seems to be carrying through with me even when I am not on the strict Phase 2 and Phase 3 parts of the diet.
I hope you reach your goals.
