VLCD #24

My morning weight today is 144.2. I didn't cheat with even one crumb yesterday and I didn't have any grissini. I will do the same today and see if it will cause a drop in weight. At least I know I can take smooth move tea on Friday and that should help on Saturday morning. I just don't like to do that during the week when I'm at work.

Well, I better go pack my lunch!

you shouldnt really weigh yourself every day lol it always makes it harder, i only check my weight once a week othersie it controlls my mind.

Don't be discouraged! All of a sudden you will drop a few pounds and be back to losing. You are now experiencing the notorious STALL!

Anonymous got it wrong. It is VERY important to track your weight DAILY. Simmeon and Trudeau both agree.

Not only is it encouraging because you WILL lose some amount of weight almost every day, you will also be able to determine if you are reacting poorly to certain permissible foods. Some people find that cabbage or beef cause them to stall. If you aren't weighing, you won't catch the link between what you ate yesterday and how it affects you today.

Keep weighing yourself and don't let the no loss and occasional blips on the scale keep you from doing your best each and every day!
