Almost time to start
I am so glad it's Friday! It has been so busy at work! I was planning on loading Sunday and Monday but need to change it to Monday and Tuesday because Tuesday I have a business dinner and don't want to be a cheater.
I am afraid that this round may be more difficult than the previous 2. My divorce is final and my social life is picking up. When I didn't have a social life it was easy to stick to the protocol, but with invites to go out or with social/work obligations, I can see where it may be a little tougher to be in control. I will do it my best to stay on track. I am estimating I will do the minimum number of days (23) on the VLCD and then go into phase 3. Even 5 pounds would be a nice ending. This morning I weigh 134.4. That is only 0.2 above LIW, so I have maintained my weight easily. Seriously, no real effort! My original goal was 128 and I don't forsee any problem reaching that quickly.

I just started phase three and am already over my LIW by a pound and its only been 2 days. So I went from 129.6 to 132 in two days, and no cheating.... did you have this issue at all?? Can you give me some tips that helped you maintain on phase three?? What would your daily menu look like?
keep to your goals and dont let your friends sway you towards the dark side of fatty foods and loads of calories. Looks like you are doing just fine though, 128 is a good goal and it seems you will be there soon.
