VLCD #8
Well, I hope I'm back on track now! This morning was a loss and the scale read 149.7, so that's a relief. Maybe, as my sister said, less beef is the answer. That's what she found worked better for her. No more than 3 times a week. I struggles so for a few days just because my schedule threw me for a loop. I will try to be more prepared for that because it is getting really busy at work right now and the schedule is over booked for a couple of weeks.
I am not discouraged and hope that this coming week shows me some good results! I will stick to this, reduce the beef and up my vegies again. Last night I got some asparagus, on of my favorites!

Yea! You weren't off track, you just have to prepare your mind for the little "blips" on the scale. I tend to go down for 3-4 days then stagnate for a couple of days or go up a fraction of a pound one day, then I start losing again. Always 3-5 days and a small "blip."
Your body needs that day or two to handle all the water that's filled those recently vacated fat cell membranes! Also - your body resets it's set points all through this protocol and that's hard work!
Keep your disappearing chins up! You are doing great!
Love you!
