I'm Exhausted!

Todays work schedule totally fell apart! We had to work through lunch so we each got a 15 minute break. I had time to eat an apple. When I got home I cooked up the remainder of my extra lean hamburger into a patty and steamed some onions. I could have eaten about 3 times as much but all in one sitting would be a bad thing. I am dead on my feet but am going out to walk the dog. When I get back I am putting a movie in and planting myself on the couch for the evening. I'd put $100 on me falling asleep before the movie is half over. Any takers?!

I'll update my measurements tomorrow after my weigh in. Have a nice Friday night folks!

Tracey! You are my inspiration! I am telling you this works and you WILL be 128 again! I did it 2 months ago and went from 168.0 to 150.0 IN 26 DAYS! I am going on vacation next week and plan on doing it again when I return. Im 153.0 now and am ready to get into those darn 120s! GOOD LUCK! Im right behind ya!
