Still holding!
Ok, I posted a while ago, but for some reason, it didn't publish. I haven't injected with HCG since I last posted. I am eating at will, meaning, what I want and when I want. My weight continues to hold between 125 and 129. I haven't hit 130 or dropped below 124.5. I am feeling good and looking good.
Tomorrow is my 42nd birthday. I have been celebrating it since last Saturday with cake and ice cream etc., etc. Still I am holding at 128. I am eating when I am hungry and when I am full the plate gets pushed away.
My results are better than I ever expected. Especially since quitting the injections and calorie counting. To not have gained after is amazing.
