VLCD #5
Good morning! Todays magic number is 150.3! I am very pleased to have lost over a pound again. I expect it will slow down soon. I haven't planned my meals for today but I have steak and fish thawing in the fridge. I am thinking that either tonight or tomorrow I will take my measurements again and give an update on that. My stomach is so much flatter that I imagine I must have lost some girth in other places too. I'm actually excited to see those results. Maybe this weekend I will actually put a bathing suit on and go to the pool and catch a tan! I am not tired of the food at all yet. Temptation is out there, but these results are so good it's easy to talk myself out of "just one bite of..." .
Each night I have been taking a walk with the dog for 1/2 - 1 mile. This diet has been good for the dog. Her bum hip is getting stronger. It's most likely that the muscles around that joint are getting stronger and keeping it in the socket. She's had a problem with that hip since she was a pup. So I guess she needs to thank HCG Challenge and HCG supplies too! I wonder if they know what a great thing they have done for us. This is the best I've felt in a long time, and it's only been a week on the protocol for me.

This am I was 1.8lbs lighter and weighed in at 149 even. Did you know that if you eat the beef/lean red meat sparingly you lose more? If I eat chicken and fish/shrimp I tend to lose more. I love the beef, being a mid-westerner, but I try to eat it only 3-4 meals per week at most. If you like fish as much as I do, and I know you do, it's not hard to do!
Love you!
Ya know, the last few nights I've been dreaming about social situations involving food. I always give in. Two nights ago I dreamed I at Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies! (I don't know why, I just did!) Last night it was something else. Then I think, "Oh darn, I blew my diet." When I wake up I'm all bummed out because I blew my diet for the day already .... Then I realize it was just a dream. I know this sounds silly ... but it's true! The sad thing is, I don't even blow it on my favorite food in my dreams. I mean, who would choose oatmeal cream pies over peanut butter cookies? Certainly not me!
good puppy! LOL.
Keep up the awesome work.

Thats funny! I too had food dreams! I would wake up and feel like I cheated on the diet, then realize I didn't. But I'll tell you some of those dreams saved me from really cheating though. LOL.
