VLCD #4
Good morning dear people! This mornings weight is 151.8. This is so exciting! My weight stayed at 148 for a looooong time about 2 years a ago, so it will be interesting to see if I stall when I get down to that familiar number. I am going into work late today because my son has a doctors appointment so I haven't planned the daily meals yet. I may just have another taco salad. That was a tasty meal and very filling with about 1/2 pound of lettuce in it! I still have the lamb thawed out from yesterday so dinner will be a lamb kabob. Yummy.
I have been sleeping 8 hours almost exactly every night except last night when I must have woke up about 6 times to pee. The other nights I have gotten up once or twice, which is more than my usual once, but not so bad. It doesn't bother me to wake up and go because I go back to bed and am back to sleep almost instantly. I know I've read in all of the diet information that it is important to get plenty of sleep. I am doing my best to follow this diet to the letter. I really am hoping to get down to my goal in a single round and will do everything in my power to make that happen.

Today is gloomy in MN. Rainy all day. I want to sit in bed, watch a show and eat a peanut butter sandwich and have a Culvers peanut butter shake. What I will actually do is eat fish and salad and strawberries. Once I get body re-set, peanut butter will be the first thing to come back!
Oh well, I know from the previous 40+ lbs I lost over the first two rounds that IT IS WELL WORTH THE EFFORT TO STAY TRUE TO THE PROTOCOL!
