the menu today was
Breakfast at 7:30 am
1/2 Scotch Egg
1 crab cake
4 toasts heaped up with spinach dip (toasts are 1/4" thick sliced French bread, brushed with olive oil on both sides and baked until crisped)
very large glass of whole milk
Snack
very large glass of whole milk flavored with milk chocolate stevia (went down easily!)
Throughout the whole day
water flavored with Stevia, like, gallons!
Lunch at 11:45
A taco with sour cream and cheddar on it
A cup cake
Snack at 3:30
10 more toasts piled with spinach dip (I will not miss spinach dip)
Dinner at 7:00
Another Scotch egg this time I ate the whole thing
Salsa and pita chips, like, a bunch
a large glass of milk
2 oz. cheddar cheese
It is 9:15 and I am done eating for the day. I am very full but not to the point of being ill. Hopefully I will see a gain in the morning. Tomorrow is my first LCD day so I made my lunch and dinner for tomorrow. Chicken with spinach and curry seasoning (all natural no MSG) with strawberries for lunch and Beef seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper with tomatoes and for dessert an apple with cinnamon stevia that I will heat up. My calories for tomorrow will come in right at 500.
Well, me and my belly are hitting the sack early tonight, it's been a long and busy weekend. I'm looking forward to going to work so I can recover!
