The Importance of WATER

You know, all of my adult life I have heard about the importance of drinking water throughout the day, every day. It isn't a habit that I picked up until now. It use to be that when I was thirsty water was my last choice. In the yahoo group there is information about ordering Stevia at a considerable discount. I did that and got almost all of the flavors, an unflavored, and the tabs to put in hot drinks. That was probably the best diet choice I have made ever on my own. I have been drinking water like crazy! I brought the Valencia Orange flavor to work and I drink about 1.5 liters while at work. At home I've been using the Root Beer and the Grape in ice water during the evening. English Toffee and Dark Chocolate make my coffee very tasty! The Cinnamon tastes great added to my green chai tea. I for sure am finally drinking at least 2 liters of water a day. I am snacking less and drinking more water. It feels good to trade bad habits for good and take some steps that can lead to permanent better health. If you are having trouble getting the water down, I highly recommend the Stevia to add some flavor and get that water down!

The other thing that I did to help me get that water down is to get on ebay and buy some refrigerator water dispenser filters to replace what is in there. I have no idea how old the filter in the refrigerator is, but a new one will definitely help since the water here is HARD! I don't know what is in it, but if it hurts to bath in it, it can't be good to drink! They should be here in the next few days.

I am still doing the Candida cleanse with only a few days left of it. FEELING GOOD!

Try using both dark chocolate and english toffee together. That's my favorite. I also like to use water, fresh strawberries with some ice or frozen strawberries with some vanilla cream stevia to make a "shake" for dessert.
