I am determined.

Today is the last day of my Candida cleanse. I guess I miscalculated yesterday when I shook my bottle. 2 pills left for tonight. This morning I weighed in at 154.5. That is my lowest weight in awhile. The cleanse has reduced my desire for breads and carb-filled goodies far better than I expected. I suppose it will help when the HCG arrives to not be fighting donut and bread cravings. I am looking forward to that first injection. Weird to be looking forward to an injection, huh? I am though. I keep reading the yahoo chat groups and re-reading the protocol materials just so that when my time comes I will be ready to start, determined to be consistent and strong in resolve to follow the protocol and succeed at this challenge.
